Hailed as one of the prominent events in the niche of video games and computer games, E3 Expo (Electronic Entertainment Expo) is being currently held at Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles (June 11-June 13, 2013). As you are reading this blog, participants are actually visiting the stalls and experiencing the next generation of electronic games.

E3 Expo is organized by Entertainment Software Association (ESA) every year, and it is a strictly industry related event. Hence, general public and game users are not allowed entry into this high profile gathering of industry veterans. Only those who are directly related with the computer and video game industry are invited for E3 Expo.

Some of the top highlights of this event (as of now):

–          Open World game called X is being developed by Japanese game studio Monolith Soft

–          Super Mario is back in 3D and also in Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U; wherein players would be able to race upside down.

–          The popular Donkey Kong would be featured in Wii U and is expected to be introduced in the far end of 2013.
